At Dynamo, we believe strength training should be for everybody, and this is how we have designed the gym to run.
Every session is overseen by a coach, and everyone is doing their own workout, so no matter your abilities or goals, every session is suited to you.

A maximum of x6 people per coach to ensure you get all the support you need during your session
